In contrast, the 30 people in the control group who followed the same Kang Er Shou slimming tea diet and drank ordinary tea lost an average of only 1.4 kg in weight per month, with an average reduction of only 1.2 cm in waist circumference, 4.0 cm in abdominal circumference, 1.0 cm in hip circumference, and 3.4 mm in subcutaneous fat thickness.
