Ready to eat! Chicken breast can be easily torn apart by kneading it vigorously. Fried tofu is made by deep-frying tofu; blanching it in boiling water to remove excess oil reduces its calorie content.
Homemade Healthy Chicken Breast Ham. Like commercially available chicken breast ham, thaw before eating or lightly pan-fry. Once finished, seal and refrigerate; it can be stored for up to 5 days. Adding a pinch of salt to the boiling water when cooking pasta enhances its texture and flavor; the optimal ratio is 1 tablespoon of salt per liter of water. Blueberries are listed as one of the world's top ten healthiest foods, containing abundant vitamin C and anthocyanins, which have fat-reducing effects, prevent blood sugar spikes, and inhibit cell aging. Furthermore, 100 grams of blueberries contain only 57 kcal, making them very low in calories. Milk is rich in calcium and vitamin B₂, which strengthens bones and teeth and inhibits the accumulation of fat in the body, aiding in weight loss.
