Especially in the three months starting last September, losing 1 kilogram every week—the change was unimaginable. Every week my belt would shrink by one hole, and every month I had to buy new pants, shirts, and underwear. My body became lighter day by day; I no longer got out of breath running, and climbing stairs was effortless. As a 48-year-old middle-aged man, becoming a superman felt like a piece of cake. It's no exaggeration to say that every day was spent in a state of profound emotion: this is what it feels like to regain one's youth!

Once you arrive, the streets, souvenir shops, hotels, even fast food restaurants, are all full of fun. Looking back at the photos after returning home, I realized that besides the Grand Canyon, I also took pictures of many other memorable places.
