Conversely, when edema lessens, blood circulation and lymphatic function improve, and coldness symptoms also tend to disappear. When you don't drink enough water each day, your body's ability to metabolize water weakens, leading to edema. However, even with sufficient water intake, infrequent urination can also cause edema. Therefore, we recommend drinking homemade fruit juice and more teas or herbal teas that promote urination. Those who enjoy strong tea should be aware that the salt in tea can cause water retention and edema, so try to avoid making your tea too strong. Additionally, we suggest drinking water while consuming alcohol. Simply drinking alcohol weakens the body's ability to metabolize it, making it crucial to consume foods rich in vitamins and minerals. There is a close relationship between cold extremities, constipation, and edema, requiring us to carefully examine our lifestyle and dietary habits and gradually improve them.
