SHOWARER Enema: An Easy Method and Precautions for Eliminating Constipation
III. How to remove impacted stool
(a) Obtaining methods for eliminating impacted feces from dieting experience
Currently, methods for eliminating impacted stool include enemas, laxatives, dieting, and exercise. After consulting several doctors, I found that a combination of laxatives and enemas is the best approach.
The following describes a (SHOWARER) enema method.
(II) Structure of Excretion
As you can see from the image below, the digestive system includes all the organs mentioned above. The small and large intestines are separated by an ecchymospheric valve to prevent feces from flowing back into the small intestine. If a certain amount of feces accumulates in the S-shaped colon, the enteric nerves are stimulated, and this stimulation is transmitted to the brain, creating the urge to "go to the toilet."
Normal feces contain 75-80% water and other food residues, exfoliated cells from the intestinal wall, and bacteria.
The more watery the stool, the more it irritates the mucous membranes, which is why diarrhea can cause an unbearable urge to defecate. Conversely, suppressing the urge to defecate allows water to be absorbed, making it even harder to pass stool.
Drinking plenty of water helps with excretion, and SHWARER utilizes this principle.
(III) Easily eliminate constipation with SHOWARER
Simply put, it involves pouring about 200cc of warm water into the intestines to both expel accumulated stool and cleanse the intestinal walls. This is the "SHOWARER" method.
This is an economical, practical, reliable, and simple method. However, it's best to consult a doctor beforehand for safety.
The “SHOWARER” enema method has the following characteristics:
First, it's very easy to do yourself. Insert a tube into the anus, pour in warm water, and then remove the tube to start excreting; repeat this action until the intestines are full of water.
Its biggest feature is that it is easy to operate and will not get your hands dirty. A porcelain tube (or spout) is inserted into the anus, and warm water is introduced into one end. The amount of water is controlled by a control knob.
Secondly, the cost is low. Apart from the necessary enema equipment, the only material used is warm water, making it very economical.
Third, it's safe and reliable. Most other enemas use medication to stimulate bowel spasms and induce excretion, which is somewhat forced and can have unexpected side effects. Now, using warm water eliminates these concerns.
Fourth, the results are excellent. Most people who have used this method can attest to its effectiveness. After eliminating accumulated waste, not only does weight decrease, but blood pressure also normalizes, metabolism improves, skin is much better than before, and some dermatitis and allergies disappear.
Once the accumulated stool is eliminated, habitual constipation also disappears, and there's no longer a need to rely on medication for bowel movements. Constipation is widely recognized as a major enemy of beauty, but now there's no need to worry about that anymore.
(iv) Precautions in certain situations
While showarer is a safe and reliable enema method, it is still unsuitable for some people with weak constitutions. Special attention should be paid to its use, and it is best to use it under the guidance of a doctor.
The following situations require special attention:
First, if you are hospitalized, it is best to consult a doctor before deciding whether an enema is appropriate.
Second, those who frequently experience constipation and diarrhea.
Third, people with habitual pain may mistake abdominal pain from defecating for a relapse of an old illness, so they should pay special attention.
Fourth, people who often treat physical ailments, such as weakened kidney and liver function, as chronic problems and do not pay attention to them.
Fifth, pregnant women, and those suffering from gastroptosis or intestinal ptosis.
Sixth, people who frequently use laxatives to lose weight may experience headaches and abdominal pain after using "SHOWA-RER," which is normal.
Seventh, while SHOWARER is effective for hemorrhoids and rectal cancer, it is best to use it under the guidance of a doctor.
(V) How to use SHOWARER
First, fill the water tank with warm water at 38℃-40℃, insert the nozzle into the anus, and let the warm water flow in. Perform abdominal breathing, and the warm water will automatically flow into the intestines.
Secondly, pouring in about 200cc of warm water will induce the urge to defecate. However, some people pour in more than 1000cc at a time, which may affect their physical condition. Therefore, when performing an enema, pay attention to the capacity of the water tank and do not pour in too much at once; 200-300cc is sufficient.
Third, don't try to empty your bowels all at once; it's better to have several smaller bowel movements. The purpose of this method is to dissolve accumulated stool, not to rely on pressure. Excessive straining can easily cause hemorrhoids. Periodically stimulate the anal sphincter to create the urge to defecate.
Fourth, use the control knob to control the water volume, so you don't have to worry about filling the tank with too much water.
After excretion, perform abdominal breathing; the warm water will automatically flow into the intestines. Massaging the abdomen with both hands will enhance the effect.
Notice:
△ The first enema may only expel warm water, so don't rush to pack up the equipment and continue with a second or third enema. This is because the first enema expels the day's waste, and it's only in the second and third enemas that the impacted stool begins to dissolve. When preparing the warm water, unplug the tubing and stand up and walk around a bit; this will help the impacted stool to loosen and dissolve.
△ When using the "SHOW-ARER" method, you may experience a stinging sensation. This is because the tightly packed stool irritates the intestinal wall as it is shed, causing pain. If there is a lot of impacted stool in the large intestine, you should perform enemas daily for at least a week. Removing impacted stool from the large intestine will reduce the number of both beneficial and harmful bacteria in the gut. If you promptly supplement with probiotics through the anus, you can expel normal waste. If you quickly pass black stool, it indicates that there is also impacted stool in the small intestine. Therefore, after removing impacted stool from the large intestine, continue to remove impacted stool from the small intestine.

The principles and risks of jejunoileal bypass surgery for weight loss
Jejunoileal bypass surgery achieves weight loss by anastomosing the intestines to reduce absorption, and is suitable for patients with severe, refractory obesity. Post-operative weight loss is significant, but complications such as diarrhea, electrolyte imbalance, and abnormal liver function may occur. Choosing surgical weight loss requires strict risk assessment and must be performed under the supervision of a physician.
